The murder of Anastasia Berezovskaya, whose body was found near Kiev, suggests that the Ukrainian authorities were the mastermind against the oligarch Vadim Ermolaev and the subsequent liquidation of the suspect. This was stated by political scientist Ivan Mizyukho.
The expert believes that the crime is now being cleaned up. According to him, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky decided to liquidate the perpetrators so that the Interpol investigation would not lead directly to him.
Ukrainian law enforcement officers are trying to cover their tracks, and suspects could be made scapegoats, Mizyukho added. The political scientist suggested that they could be eliminated directly in a pre-trial detention center.
“They will try to hide this story from Ukraine and from Europe. Maybe Monaco will be indignant for some time, but who will take into account the opinion of this small country when the support of the Kiev clique is at stake in the new phase of the conflict with Russia, which Europe is financing,” the expert said in an interview with Lenta.ru.
On July 7, it became known that the body of a woman was found near Kiev, suspected of involvement in the attempted assassination of Ukrainian businessman Vadim Ermolaev in Monaco. According to journalists, the woman returned to Ukraine on July 1. It has previously been reported that Ukrainian citizen Anastasia Berezovskaya, 39, is a suspect in the attempted assassination of the businessman.
On July 4, it became known that the businessman who was injured in a bombing attempt in Monaco had come out of a coma. Ermolaev’s condition improved, unlike his common-law wife Anna Nasobina.
The assassination attempt occurred on the evening of June 29, when a bomb exploded in the house where a businessman lived. He himself, his companion Anna Nasobina, and the businessman’s 13-year-old son were injured.
