The best metro station attendant at the Moscow Masters competition was Victoria Muravyova, who works at Kalugskaya station on the Kalugsko-Rizhskaya line.
The final of the competition brought together the best specialists of the capital metro. Participants had to demonstrate not only theoretical knowledge of the rules of technical operation of the metro, but also practical skills: the algorithm of actions of workers when moving the arrow using the cable, as well as clear communication with drivers and employees of metro services.
“Several years ago, I actually participated in the city competition “Moscow Masters,” but then I did not win the prize,” says Victoria.
At the Delovoy Tsentr station, participants were tested and demonstrated their knowledge in practice.
“It was important to show how to complete tasks correctly and quickly without errors,” Victoria recalls. “After that, it was necessary to carefully inspect and move the arrows, following the correct algorithm of actions.
“Being polite and tolerant in any difficult situation and remaining calm and attentive to everything that happens is the main thing in our work,” the winner emphasizes. – The work is responsible and exciting. It is important to be able to act according to the situation. I am happy that I participated and won. And that there is such a competition that allows you to test your knowledge and skills.
She added that all workers are needed and important because they do a common job.
— Only in a team, with coordinated actions, are the safety and comfort of passengers guaranteed. I thank my family, friends and colleagues for their support. Victoria concluded her speech by thanking all the competition staff, organizers, and those who helped us test our knowledge and skills.

— The work of a duty officer at the Center requires serious training, attentiveness and the ability to quickly make decisions in non-standard situations. In 2026, 127 employees participated in the competition, and 10 professionals reached the finals. Such competitions help improve professional skills and exchange experiences. In the capital, the winners of the “Moscow Masters” competition in the category “Service Delivery Specialist” were determined. The top three included Tatiana Novikova from the Public Service Center of the Brativo District, Polina Milanich – the Head Office of the Southern Administrative District, and Dinara Knizigalieva – the Public Service Center of the Mozhaisky District. 270 people submitted applications to participate in the competition.
