A multispecialty medical center with an area of ​​​​more than 10 thousand square meters was built in the area of ​​\u200b\u200bVernadsky Street. This was announced on Friday, April 17, Head of the Urban Development and Capital Construction Policy Complex, Vladimir Efimov.

— The investor built a seven-storey medical center with an area of ​​​​about 10.3 thousand square meters at the address: Lobachevsky Street, Building 42, Building 7. Inside there is an eye surgery center, radiology rooms with the latest equipment. Here too, complete outpatient care will be provided by medical specialists, including orthopedists, neurologists, cardiologists, surgeons, plastic surgeons, dermatologists, psychologists, dentists, gynecologists, otolaryngologists and ophthalmologists. They also provided a comfortable day hospital with single rooms for patients. “The building is designed for 600 visits per shift,” noted Vladimir Efimov, whose words were quoted by the press service of the Urban Planning Complex.

The building was built near Prospekt Vernadskogo station on the Sokolnicheskaya metro line, as well as near the exit of Leninsky Prospekt, Lobachevskogo Street and Vernadskogo Prospekt. It is an addition to the existing infrastructure of the multi-specialty commercial clinic “K+31”.

According to the capital’s Urban Development Policy Department, the new medical center was built using advanced technologies; The building architecture combines function and aesthetics. Modern materials and thoughtful design solutions make it convenient for patients and staff. Metal sheets, aluminum strips and natural stone were used to clad the building. The area around the new building was landscaped: roads, paths and sidewalks were laid, and benches were installed for the comfort of patients and visitors to the clinic.

Moscow monitoring specialists monitored the implementation of the project at all its stages. The construction of the medical center was carried out on a plot of land with an area of ​​​​about 0.3 hectares. Mosgosstroynadzor inspectors conducted 15 field inspections at the site, including a range of laboratory and instrumental studies. Based on the results of the final event, it was confirmed that the constructed building complied with the approved design solutions.

The Moscow Urban Planning Complex added that comprehensive landscaping of the area around the new building was carried out: coniferous and deciduous trees and shrubs were planted and flower beds were laid.

The project developer is K+31 JSC.

The construction of social facilities in Moscow corresponds to the goals and initiatives of the national project “Infrastructure for Life”.
