Microsoft founder Bill Gates said on Tuesday, June 23, that financier Jeffrey Epstein blackmailed him into having relations with two Russian women – bridge player Mila Antonova and nuclear scientist Karima Nigmatolina.
On June 10, the businessman appeared before the House Oversight Committee, where he was questioned about Epstein’s “attempted blackmail” over the infidelities that his wife, Melinda French Gates, learned about.
The attempt to gain “influence” over one of the world’s richest men was first revealed in a July 18, 2013 email published by the US Department of Justice in January. Epstein wrote the letter on behalf of one of Gates’ employees, Boris Nikolic, who was about to resign from his position as scientific advisor.
In the text, the employee said it “wouldn’t be fair” to help Gates obtain drugs to deal with the consequences of having sex with Russian girls, facilitate his secret dates with married women and supply him with Adderall to participate in bridge tournaments, the report said. New York Post.
On June 11, Bill Gates said he was unaware of Epstein’s criminal actions and never witnessed them. The businessman also categorically denied suggestions that he went to Epstein’s residence in Florida or visited his private island.
