Users began to complain about malfunctions in the work of the Chinese chatbot Deepseek, according to data from monitoring resources Sboy.rf and Downdetector.
The number of complaints has risen sharply in the past 24 hours. Downdetector shows that the peak occurred between 16:00 and 19:00. The other peak was in the morning, around 8-11am. Some users write that the chatbot does not work without a VPN.
Roskomnadzor stated that it had not received decisions from authorized bodies and had not imposed restrictions on Deepseek.
Chinese company Deepseek has remained one of the chatbots available in Russia completely free. ChatGPT has restricted access to users with Russian IP addresses in 2022. To use Google Gemini or Claude, you also need to change your IP address.
