Finland’s Supreme Administrative Court has halted the deportation of anti-war activist Roman Golikov to Russia, after his asylum application was rejected. Former municipal deputy from St. Petersburg Svetlana Utkina, who lives in Finland, reported this to Dozd on May 26.
