The administrations that are most customer-focused when providing public services are the Ministry of Finance, the Federal Tax Service and Rochester. The corresponding rating, compiled by the Analytical Center of the Government of the Russian Federation, was presented at a closed meeting with Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Grigorenko, Kommersant wrote.
The main indicators when calculating the rating were the degree of user satisfaction, the share of undelivered services, violation of deadlines and frequency of IT system failure.
Rating was measured as a percentage. On average, the percentage for all ministries and agencies was 76%. The Ministry of Finance and the Federal Tax Service received the maximum rating, with Rosreestr reaching 96%.
The three worst departments in terms of quality of public services were the Rosavation Agency (53%), the State Courier Service (51%), and the Ministry of Internal Affairs (50%).
