He urged residents to conserve phone power, use devices only for emergency communications, and not to overload the grid when power is restored. Kindergartens in the city will operate under special conditions; Razvozaev asked parents to leave their children at home.

The Crimean Wind Telegram channel, referring to subscribers, wrote that “three people arrived at the main electrical station in Sevastopol,” after which a fire broke out there.
