At the moment, the visa exemption regime between Russia and China operates in test mode – until September 14. Thanks to this, any Russian can travel to the People’s Republic of China for 30 days with only a foreign passport. In contrast, Chinese citizens can travel to Russia without a visa from December 1, 2025.
