Residents of St. Petersburg have been complaining about problems with mobile Internet for the third day

Residents and guests of St. Petersburg have been complaining for three days about problems with the mobile Internet. This is evidenced by the data provided in the service DownDetector.

More than 12,000 applications were registered during the previous day. Internet users also claim that failures are observed even in the operation of sites included in the “white list”.

– Websites do not open. Mobile internet failure. Mobile internet does not work! It is impossible to work. Sites won’t open at all! – said a resident of the city in the comments.

According to the National Anxiety Index of Russians, Internet restrictions imposed in 2026 worried the Russian population twice as much about the risk of contracting the coronavirus in 2020.

At the same time, in order to ensure security and prevent the spread of false information, the Moscow Anti-Terrorism Committee decided to impose restrictions on the publication of materials reflecting the consequences of terrorist acts, including attacks by enemy drones.
