The Russian Military Ministry said the strike was also directed “at port infrastructure facilities in the Odessa region, used for unloading and storing fuel and lubricants for the Ukrainian Armed Forces.” Authorities in the Odessa region reported that Russian drones destroyed 11 trucks on the territory of a company, a car repair shop, and a fuel tanker.
