On the night of June 7, Ukrainian drones attacked a bridge near the village of Chongar in the Kherson region, damaging the road. This was announced by the Russian-appointed head of the occupied zone, Vladimir Saldo.
He stated that for security reasons, traffic through the Dzankwe Road checkpoint was temporarily closed. Cars can pass through the Armeniask and Perekop checkpoints.
Dzhankoy motor vehicle checkpoint is located on the border of Crimea and the Kherson region.
The fuel crisis in Crimea continued for the second week. It was triggered by attacks by the Ukrainian armed forces on fuel tankers and other trucks feeding the annexed peninsula along the P-280 Novorossiya highway (connecting Crimea with the Rostov region). As of June 4, the sale of gasoline for cash has been completely banned on the peninsula. Refueling was allowed only with previously purchased coupons (no more than 20 liters per person).
