The “My Moscow” application helps citizens solve everyday issues

Citizens downloaded the “My Moscow” application more than 9.3 million times. It is used by about 1.3 million people monthly. This was stated in the Information Technology Department in the capital.

– “My Moscow” allows you to solve everyday problems and use mos.ru portal services from the screen of your smartphone anytime and anywhere. The ministry indicated that the application is in demand among citizens: since 2019, its services have been accessed more than 251 million times, including more than 51 million times this year.

Residents of the capital use the “My Moscow” application in their daily affairs. For example, in the “Home” section you can transfer the current readings of water and electricity meters, as well as view the archive of previous readings and changes in water consumption on graphs.

The “Call Master” service is also available here. With it you can quickly submit a request to a unified dispatch center when the lamp in the entrance stops burning, the elevator breaks down, there is a plumbing problem, or it is necessary to check the water meters.

In order to empty the space of furniture and equipment that are no longer relevant for the owners or suitable for clothing use, in the “Home” section there is a “Removal of unnecessary things” service, described on the official website. Website Mayor of Moscow.
