Work in the area, which is very popular among lovers of family holidays, walking and active activities, is aimed at developing infrastructure and creating more suitable conditions for visiting.

The renovation project will cover three existing pond sites. In preparation for the warm season, entire beach areas with modern infrastructure will appear here. Specialists will improve the network of roads and paths with a total area of ​​​​more than 1.8 thousand square meters, which will make walking along the coast more convenient and safer. 19 new lighting poles will also be installed.

Particular attention is paid to creating conditions for outdoor recreation: 10 new gazebos for picnics will appear on the territory. For those who like to spend a comfortable time near the water, the beach areas will be equipped with 90 sun loungers and umbrellas, allowing you to spend time comfortably even in hot weather.

The updated beach areas will also have eight changing rooms and four bathrooms. For those who prefer leisure activities, a modern sports field, three table tennis tables and a separate beach volleyball court will be created. In addition, bicycle parking will appear next to walking routes, which will make the area near Borisov Ponds a more attractive and practical area for family entertainment, sports and relaxation near the water within the city, official reports said. outlet Mayor of Moscow.

The extensive landscape of the area continues into the Luzhniki Olympic Complex. At this stage, the main trend was the development of modern infrastructure for running and cycling. After completion of the planned works, the total length of the jogging and cycling paths will exceed 6.5 km.
