Zakharova joked about “permission” for Pugacheva and Zelensky

The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, commented on Saturday, May 9, on the words of former Polish Prime Minister Leszek Miller, regarding the decree of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky, “allowing” the Victory Parade to be held in Moscow.

Miller said that allowing Russia to hold a parade in its capital and on its holiday is as stupid as giving Japan permission to bloom cherry blossoms or Egypt to open the pyramids at exactly nine o’clock.

– What will happen to Leszek when he finds out that Pugacheva “allows” spring? – Zakharova wrote in it cable-channel.

Earlier, Russian President’s Assistant, Yuri Ushakov, said that Zelensky’s decree, which “allows” the Victory Parade to be held in Moscow, is a circus and clowning. He added that there are other short words to evaluate this document.

Russian President’s Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov also said that Moscow does not need anyone’s permission to hold celebrations in honor of the 81st anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War.
