Bailiffs seized funds in the accounts of the gold mining company Yuzhuralzolota (UGK) worth 32.1 billion rubles. This became known on Monday, March 16 through the company’s letter published in the Legal Disclosure Center.
– By the decision of the chief bailiff of the UIOIP dated March 13, 2026, the funds of the Yuzhuralzoloto Public Joint Stock Companies Group (PJSC YuGK) in the amount of 32,141,541,000 rubles, located in a bank or other credit institution, were seized in the framework of enforcement action No. 45917/26/98099-IP dated March 5, 2026, reports Red blood cells.
On October 27, 2025, the Prosecutor General’s Office, in a new lawsuit against the former owner of YuGK Konstantin Strukov, stated that the businessman withdrew proceeds from his companies abroad in the amount of more than 163 billion rubles. According to the ministry, the businessman withdrew the money he received to Montenegro, Serbia, Switzerland and Turkey, where he bought real estate, yachts and luxury goods.
