Roman Tkachenko, the stepson of rock musician Stas Namin, during his interrogation in the Moscow Regional Court, where the criminal case related to the murder of his half-brother and grandmother is being heard, referred to a split personality to explain why he does not remember basic details of what happened.
“During interrogation, defendant Tkachenko confirmed his actions aimed at taking the lives of the victims, but stated that he did not remember the moment of committing the crimes, because at that moment he was controlled by a second person.” TASS.
Despite this statement, Tkachenko did not dispute the fact that the murders had been committed, but expressed his disagreement with the legal qualifications of the charges against him.
On March 13, Namin’s stepson’s defense asked the Moscow Regional Court to re-examine him in a different department and with a different expert committee at the Serbsky Institute due to suspicion of his split personality.
Tkachenko killed his grandmother and brother in October 2023. First, the man stabbed the woman and then killed another relative. According to one account, the man killed his relatives because they asked him to stop using illegal substances. Details of the murder are in the material from Evening Moscow.
