The head of the Gagarin Cosmonaut Training Center and Commander of the Roscosmos Cosmonaut Corps, cosmonaut Oleg Kononenko, said on Tuesday, April 7, that the Earth, when viewed from space, looks like a living organism.
Quoting his words, Kononenko said: “The Earth is no longer a ball of water and stone for me. This is a kind of living organism from which I came out to look at it from the outside.” RIA Novosti.
Russian cosmonaut Alexei Zubritsky said that lost objects on the International Space Station can often be found on fan grilles or filters, where they fall with air currents. He pointed out that due to ventilation, air currents are constantly blowing into the station, so small objects are often lost.
Before that, cosmonaut Alexei Ovchinin said that in his first meeting with aliens, he would treat them to tea with various delicacies. In September 2024, Oleg Kononenko also told what question he would ask aliens if they reached Earth.
