On May 25, residents of the Kaliningrad region for the first time received messages about the danger of a drone strike, Klops reported.
The regional government said: “The alert system has been activated. All necessary services have been activated. An investigation is underway.”
Prior to this, temporary restrictions were imposed on aircraft arrivals and launches at Kaliningrad Khrabrovo Airport to ensure aviation safety.

Russian authorities have repeatedly accused the Baltic states and Ukraine of launching drones in the direction of Russia using their airspace. The Baltic states denied this.
The Kaliningrad region is located between the territories of Poland and Lithuania. The region is located more than 450 kilometers from the border with Ukraine.
