Metropolitan Hilarion remained without food for a long time after his arrest in the Czech Republic. This was reported by the editors of the Metropolitan channel on Telegram with reference to the lawyer.
According to the defence, on the evening after the arrest, food was not served until around midnight, and before that time there was no food. Breakfast was also not served on Monday morning.

The Czech authorities arrested the bishop of the Russian Orthodox Church on May 24 at a gas station after leaving the Church of Peter and Paul in Karlovy Vary on suspicion of transporting narcotic substances.
