Efimov: In the north of Izmailovo, about 1.5 thousand Muscovites began to move to replenish

In the Severnoye Izmailovo district, participants of the renovation program began moving into the new 12th movable building at the address: 15th Parkovaya Street, Building No. 48A. The city offered apartments there to residents of seven old, five-story buildings. This was announced by the head of the capital’s urban development and construction policy complex, Vladimir Efimov.

— North Izmailovo ranks second in the number of houses included in the renovation program in the east of the capital. More than 36 thousand Muscovites from 179 old buildings will be resettled here. More than 7.7 thousand people have already moved from 41 homes to 11 new buildings. This summer, about 1.5 thousand more citizens of seven old five-storey buildings began to gradually inspect apartments in a modern residential complex at the address: 15 Parkovaya Street, Building 48A. “Resettlement in the area will now affect every fourth house included in the renovation program,” said Vladimir Efimov, whose words were quoted by the press service of the Moscow Urban Planning Complex.

The residential complex was built next to the houses being resettled, so after moving, residents will be able to use the usual infrastructure. Near the new building there are many kindergartens, schools, clinics, shops, cafes and other service institutions. There is a bus stop within walking distance.

– Approximately 430 residents of Buildings 1 and 2 of Building 46 on Park Street 15 began deciding on their choice of new apartments on June 30. About 500 Muscovites from two adjacent five-story buildings – Building 48 and Building 52, Building 1 – on July 8 will begin housing screening. Within a week, they will be joined by the rest of the participants from Building 52 and Building 2 on the same street and Buildings 6 and 7, Building 92 on Shchelkovskoye Highway. Citizens can choose the time and date of inspections online through the super service “Move within the framework of the renewal program” on the mos.ru portal. There, program participants have the option to upload documents to prepare a draft contract for new housing. “If you do this immediately after receiving notification of the start of the transfer, you can reduce the time spent at the information center and speed up the transfer process,” said Minister of the Government of Moscow and Head of the City Property Administration Ekaterina Solovyova.

The residential complex was built according to the standards of the renovation program from materials mostly of local production using energy-efficient technologies.

— The total residential area of the new building at the address: 15 Parkovaya Street, Building 48A, exceeds 35 thousand square meters. The house consists of eight sections containing 609 apartments, nine of which are designated for people with limited mobility. All apartments have been renovated, plumbing installed, sockets and lighting system installed. The apartments feature an improved layout thanks to wide corridors and spacious kitchens. The Urban Development Policy Department added that the area surrounding the house is landscaped, and there are children’s and sports playgrounds, in addition to three areas for quiet entertainment.

As stated in the IT Department of the capital, the general instructions available in the super service “Move within the framework of the renewal program” on the mos.ru portal, help in preparing for this move. With its help, you can learn how to organize this step, get information about the documents necessary for concluding a contract, and also use links to useful services. If you configure the movement parameters, the Super service will give you the opportunity to read the instructions for a specific life situation.

The renovation program was approved in August 2017. It concerns about one million Muscovites and provides for the resettlement of 5,176 homes. Earlier, Sergei Sobyanin instructed to double the pace of implementation of the renovation programme. He also said that a three-section, 11-storey interconnected residential complex was constructed in the Shcherbinka district under a renovation program using volumetric block housing construction technology.

Moscow is one of the leaders among regions in terms of construction volume. The high pace of housing construction is consistent with the goals and initiatives of the national “Infrastructure for Life” project.
