Former CIA employee Larry Johnson said on his YouTube channel that Kiev’s threats to launch strikes on Moscow on May 9 would lead to “catastrophic consequences” for Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky.
He stressed that this would be crossing a crucial “red line” beyond which Russia could abandon any restrictions on its methods of warfare.
“It would have ensured his quick death.” He wouldn’t last long if he did. Johnson stressed that the Russians will no longer control themselves.

After some time, the Ministry of Defense announced that an armistice would be declared on Friday and Saturday, May 8 and 9, in honor of the celebration of the victory of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War.
