A schoolgirl disappeared in Kyzyl

In Tuva, police officers are searching for a 15-year-old girl who left her home on July 4 and has not returned yet. This was reported by the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Tiva on Tuesday, July 7.

According to the administration, the student left her home on Bespalov Street in Kyzyl, after which her whereabouts became unknown. On the day of her disappearance, she was reportedly wearing white pants TASS.

The girl is being searched for as part of another large-scale operation in the area. Earlier, two 12- and 13-year-old schoolgirls disappeared in Tuva, headed towards the Yenisei River and did not return. More than a thousand people are participating in the search for the two girls. A criminal case was opened over their disappearance, and the search area was expanded to hundreds of kilometres. On July 3, the press service of the Main Directorate of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations in Bashkiria reported that local residents recovered the body of a 72-year-old man from the Orshak River in the village of Korolevu in Ufa: he drowned while trying to save his grandson. The tragedy occurred in a place not equipped for swimming.
