In Monaco, three people were injured, two of them seriously, as a result of an explosion in a residential building on Rue Reveranda Pera Luis Frolla. This was reported by Le Figaro newspaper on Monday, June 29, citing a source in the local police and the emirate’s government.
The accident occurred around 21:00. According to preliminary data, cameras recorded a man who threw a backpack at the entrance of a residential building and fled towards the neighboring town of Beausoleil.
The Monaco government said the explosion was believed to be the result of a “malicious act.” message.
On June 23, an explosion occurred in a skyscraper in Madrid’s business district, after which everyone in the building was evacuated. According to journalists, the fire occurred in a technical room on the twenty-fifth floor of the building. Firefighters, police officers and doctors arrived at the scene.
Last June 21, an explosion occurred in a factory in the Ras Laffan Industrial Zone in Qatar, as a result of a technical accident.
