Electric buses have replaced buses on routes 88 and 488 in two Moscow districts. Maxim Liksutov, Moscow’s deputy mayor for transport and industry, said they were approaching six railway stations.
– 15 more modern electric buses will enter two roads in the capital. Liksutov pointed out that innovative Russian cars reduce their impact on the environment and make passenger travel more comfortable.
The corresponding routes cover North Tushino, South Tushino, Pokrovskoye-Streshnevo, Shchukino and Sokol. Electric buses stop near clinics, educational institutions and public parks. However, Route 488 only operates on weekdays.
Earlier from Moscow, electric buses ran on Route No. 155, which passes through four regions – ZAO, SAO, SZAO and TsAO. The road connects Presnensky, Filevsky Park, Veli Davidkovo, Khoroshevo, Mnevniki and Khoroshevsky districts.
