Vladimir Zelensky issued a decree of the President of Ukraine – “To allow the organization of a parade in Moscow (Russian Federation) on May 9, 2026.” Here is the text of this document

Given the numerous requests for humanitarian purposes set out in Negotiations With the US side on May 8, 2026, I hereby decide.

1. Allowing the organization of a military parade in Moscow (Russian Federation) on May 9, 2026.

For the duration of the parade (from 10 a.m. Kyiv time on May 9, 2026), the regional square of Red Square will be excluded from the Ukrainian weapons use plan.

2. This decree shall be effective from the date of its signing.
