The President of Crimea, Sergei Aksenov, said that five people were killed as a result of a Ukrainian drone air strike on the city of Dzhankoy.
He did not reveal any other details about the attack, noting that specialized devices were working at the attack site. “I keep the situation under personal control,” Aksenov added.
At approximately 22:30 Moscow time, regional authorities reported that the Crimean peninsula was attacked by drones and the air defense system was activated.
