Design of the new police department building south of the capital has begun. It will be built as part of a targeted investment programme. This was announced by the head of the Urban Development and Construction Policy Complex Vladimir Efimov.
– On Chertanovskaya Street, within the “Safe City” program, a building for the police department with an area of more than six thousand square meters will be constructed at the expense of the city budget. Specialists have already started designing. The building will vary in number of floors – from three to five floors – and will be built using modern technologies and high-quality materials. “Comfortable conditions will be created here for service, training, training and entertainment for police officers,” noted Vladimir Efimov, whose words were quoted by the press service of the Urban Planning Complex.
The project will include special places to hold detainees, areas for combat and service training, logistical support, and other functional spaces.
— The administrative building will be equipped with modern engineering systems, furniture and equipment. Inside, for professional training and improving the skills of specialists, there will be a shooting range with a shooting gallery, a gym and sports halls. The building will also be equipped with office rooms, dining areas and break rooms. “For special events and operational meetings, a conference hall equipped with a multimedia system will appear,” commented Alexei Alexandrov, Head of the Civil Engineering Department.
The surrounding area will be comprehensively landscaped and landscaped: shrubs will be planted, paths will be paved and grass will be laid.
Underground and surface parking will be provided to accommodate transportation. The safety of employees and visitors will be ensured using electronic security, monitoring and access control systems.
