Governor of the Voronezh Region, Alexander Gusev, said that from June 23 to 25, mourning was declared for those killed as a result of the missile attack launched by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on June 22.
On days of mourning in the region, national flags will be flown at half-mast. The authorities advised local cultural institutions to cancel entertainment events, and television and radio companies to change their broadcast schedule.
