Nearly four thousand jobs will be created in Raminki in the future business center under the MPT programme

A multifunctional office center will appear in the west of the capital, part of the city’s program to stimulate job creation. This was announced by Minister of the Government of Moscow, Head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy Anatoly Garbuzov.

— For Moscow, it is important that new points of commercial activity do not appear in isolation, but that they become part of a complete urban environment, comfortable for both businessmen and residents. In Raminki, as part of the MPT programme, a multifunctional office center with an area of more than 45.5 thousand square meters will be built, which will create approximately four thousand jobs and complement the district’s infrastructure with public and retail spaces. “The complex will consist of three six-storey buildings with large-scale glazing, united on the ground floor by a shopping gallery,” added Anatoly Garbuzov.

The Moscow standard for construction quality will be ensured by the systematic work of Moscow control inspectors. The facility will be built at the address: Vernadsky Avenue, vl. 6b (Zaw).

— Mosgosstroynadzor has already issued a permit for the construction of a business center that will provide more than 23.8 thousand square meters of office space. Parking lots and technical rooms will be equipped on the underground floor. After receiving notification from the developer regarding the start of construction and installation work, an inspection schedule will be drawn up. Anton Slobodchikov, head of the Moscow State Construction Supervision Authority, noted that specialists from the affiliated expert center will participate in on-site events to conduct a set of laboratory and instrumental studies of building materials and structures to ensure compliance with the requirements of design documentation.

The Workplace Creation Stimulus Program has been implemented since 2020 and has covered almost all regions of the capital. Investors will build more than 290 facilities with a total area of 9.5 million square meters.

Among them are new industrial enterprises, office and shopping centers, educational, cultural and sports institutions.

In total, more than 3.4 trillion rubles will be attracted to the development of Moscow, which will create about 400 thousand new jobs in almost all sectors of the city’s economy.
