Pro-Kremlin political scientist Sergei Markov, who was declared a “foreign agent,” received a fine under an administrative article for not performing the duties of a “foreign agent,” SotaVision writes.
For the lack of a mandatory login of the “foreign agent” on a telegram channel dedicated to the defense of Venezuela and Iran, the court fined Markov 45 thousand rubles.
Adkovat Markova said it was possible that the Telegram channel had been hacked. The same political scientist said that the painting was “stolen” and that the intelligence services of Ukraine and Canada were suspected of interfering “to provoke an artificial quarrel between Putin’s supporters.”
In February, Markov was already fined for failure to perform his “foreign agent” duties because he did not voluntarily declare himself as a “foreign agent” to the Ministry of Justice before being included in the appropriate registry. The political scientist came to court wearing a T-shirt with a picture of Vladimir Putin.
