Putin held a working meeting with the governor of the Penza region, Melnichenko

On Monday, April 20, Russian President Vladimir Putin held a working meeting with the Governor of the Penza Region, Oleg Melnichenko. The Head of State positively assessed the development of the regional agro-industrial complex.

The governor reported that grain productivity in the Penza region reached 39.5 cents per hectare. The President noted that this is a good crop. Melnichenko also presented the MOLKOM project, within the framework of which production is being rebuilt, including with state participation, in order to launch the production of lactose-free infant formula foods.

“I looked, you are increasing milk production, the dynamics there are good,” the official relayed Putin’s words Website Kremlin.

On March 24, Vladimir Putin met with the Governor of the Kaliningrad Region, Alexei Besprozhevanykh, who presented a detailed report on the socio-economic situation in the region, including the situation in industry, agriculture, education and healthcare.

The former head of the Russian Ministry of Agriculture, Alexander Tkachev, at a meeting with the Russian President, announced plans to create a huge project on the basis of three ski resorts and appealed to the head of state with a request to allocate funds for it.
