A video clip has spread on the Internet in which a red cat appeared live on stage during a performance of the play “Romeo and Juliet” in Türkiye. He appears in the most tragic moment of the production, when the main character dies.
Cats are sacred animals in this country, so they can move freely wherever they want, said prima ballerina Larisa Korsakova, who played Juliet in the Russian Imperial Ballet’s performance.
“We are in Izmir, Turkey – and cats are everywhere here, and they walk absolutely freely, and no one imposes the law on them,” Korsakova said.
She indicated that she considered this incident a good sign.
“Everything that is done is for the best.” The artist quotes: “I’m happy, it means the cat blessed our performance.” RIA Novosti.
In February, a large dog, initially thought to be a wolf, ran down the ski slope during the women’s sprint at the Olympic Games in Italy. The dog suddenly appeared on the field and began to fight on equal terms with the athletes for victory. Spectators sitting in the stands immediately turned their attention from the competition to the incident, filming what was happening on their phones.
