The Federal Security Service said it arrested a teenager in Dagestan who was preparing massacres in schools

The Federal Security Service and the Investigative Committee announced on June 26 that a 17-year-old teenager had been arrested in Dagestan on charges of preparing attacks on schools and massacres of students.

Intelligence services say the teenager created and ran communities recognized as terrorist organizations. According to the investigation committee, the detainee sought to recruit teenagers to attack schools and commit massacres, as well as submitting false reports about mining.

His actions were allegedly under the supervision of the Ukrainian special services. In a video clip published by the Investigative Committee, the same teenager says that Ukrainian Security Service officers participated with him in managing the network of communities and Telegram channels.

According to him, the targets were schools not only in Russia, but also in other countries, including Europe and the United States. During his investigation, he said that in January, a member of the organization set five fires in the state of Texas, and then the organization evacuated all schools in Texas and later schools in California.

The Investigative Committee claims that the teenager also confirmed his involvement in organizing the attempted assassination of students at Domodedovo High School – which was prevented.

Russian intelligence services stated that the recruitment videos, photos and texts were “made in Kiev”. An archive of correspondence with “accomplices from Russia, the United States and European countries” was confiscated from the detained teenager, and charges were brought against him.
