On the same day, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed a decision to reduce the standard for mandatory sales of Class 5 gasoline in stock exchange trading from 15 to 10 percent of production volume.

In turn, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak said that fuel prices will stabilize as the market becomes full and the situation balances.
