Twitch has banned 15 streamers broadcasting the Counter-Strike tournament organized by Alabuga Polytech. His students are involved in assembling drones

Streaming platform Twitch has banned the accounts of streamers broadcasting from the Counter-Strike 2 tournament organized by Alabuga Polytech College. The Championship reported this.

A total of 15 players and broadcasters have been banned. Among them were streamers PCH3LK1N (Alexei Pechulkin) and FANDERCS (Ilya Bagreev), who each have more than 500,000 subscribers.

The ban was caused by massive user complaints about Alabuga advertising banners in streams. The company is subject to sanctions by the European Union, and EU platforms, including Twitch, are not permitted to provide advertising services to organizations on the sanctions list.

Alabuga Polytechnic is part of the special economic zone of the same name in Tatarstan. After the beginning of the war, mass production of drones began in Alabuga. Starting in 2023, college teens will participate in this production.
