A message posted on the Military Registration and Conscription Office’s page on the social networking site Facebook* stated: “With regard to the shooting of gunshots, an official investigation has been ordered to clarify the circumstances and motives for the shooting.”
Earlier, TCC employees beat and pepper-sprayed a 16-year-old teenager in Odessa.
