The “yellow” danger level for thunderstorms and winds in Moscow has been extended until May 7. During the day, thunderstorms accompanied by rain and increased southwesterly winds are expected in some places, with gusts reaching speeds of up to 15 meters per second in some areas.
On May 8, a mild “bird cherry” cold will reach Moscow and the rest of central Russia for several days, said Yevgeny Tishkovets, a leading specialist at the Phobos Meteorological Center.
