A children’s playground came under fire, as local residents were with the children at that moment.
Authorities said a man died at the scene. The wife of the deceased, a 36-year-old resident of the area, and their two daughters, aged three and six years, were injured. The victims were taken to the hospital. In addition, another local resident was injured.
