Residents of the city of Perm complain about a man watching girls from nearby houses with binoculars. This was reported by the “Beware News” website on Sunday, July 12, in reference to a resident of the city.
According to the girl, her neighbor told her about a week ago about a man who was watching her from the window of her house with binoculars. Residents also indicated that an unknown person monitors the girls daily.
A resident of the city of Perm said: “I also burned him at first watching him open the window and sit with binoculars (…) He immediately hid and closed the window.”
She added that she had not yet filed a police report cable– “Caution and News” channel.
Earlier, a man with a phone in a solarium in Rostov-on-Don followed a client to the booth and began monitoring her. The stranger who followed the girl into the solarium jumped out after she screamed. The girl wrote a statement to the police.
