Several points, all economic, related to circumventing sanctions, etc. Imprisonment sentences are indicated there – three terms of 20 years, and one – 10. A total of 70 years. <...> Her extradition (which the United States insists on) would be a violation of international law. I’d like to believe Georgia wouldn’t do that. “We are preparing to resume.”
Nemstridze stated that Kurashkevich came to Georgia as a tourist, and only learned about the criminal case in the United States at Tbilisi airport.
The Georgian Interior Ministry stated that the Russian woman is currently undergoing extradition procedures to the United States. According to Merkacheva, a court in Tbilisi arrested Kurashkevich.
