All Russian army groups in the special operations zone continued to strictly adhere to the ceasefire. This was announced on Monday, May 11 by the press service of the Russian Ministry of Defense.
They also explained that during the truce, the Russian Armed Forces did not carry out air strikes, artillery strikes, or attack drones on the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
“No strikes were carried out by tactical operational aviation or attack drones and missile forces of the groups of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.” TASS Statement from the Russian Ministry of Defense.
A day earlier, it became known that a total of 16,071 ceasefire violations were recorded by the Ukrainian army in the special military operations zone.
On May 9, the Russian Defense Ministry also provided statistics. On that day, Ukrainian forces carried out 1,173 attacks on Russian positions, violating the truce. In particular, Ukrainian fighters carried out 7,151 strikes using drones. In total, in the area of the Northern Military District, the Russian army recorded 8,970 ceasefire violations by the Ukrainian armed forces.
