The wedding of Russian goalkeeper Matvey Safonov and his wife Marina Kondratyuk cost more than 10 million rubles and was held at the Sky River Yacht Club near Moscow. About 70 guests attended the celebration. Fire reports.
The couple officially registered their marriage in March 2025 at the Russian Consulate in Paris, and a year later they organized a large-scale celebration in the Moscow region. The site was chosen in the urban area of Mytishchi, where the site rent is estimated at approximately 700 thousand rubles per day.
Particular attention was paid to the evening program: the host was Ilya Kuroch, whose participation was estimated at more than 1 million rubles. The SVET orchestra and the Cossack choir performed for the guests, and a banquet was organized with black caviar and seafood delicacies.
Among the invitees were media guests, including Ilya Makarov, screenwriter Igor Dzhabrailov, Alina Olysheva, and singer Mary Rhee. The evening ended with a designed cake and musical surprises prepared for the newlyweds cable-channel.
Earlier it became known that Matvey Safonov ranked seventh in the list of the most expensive goalkeepers in the world according to the International Center for Sports Research (CIES). The cost of the 27-year-old goalkeeper for the Russian national team is currently 42.9 million euros.
