Pro-government blogger Roman Alekhin, who has been declared a “foreign agent,” said the Russian Justice Ministry does not accept his “foreign agent” reports.
“They are not receiving it by mail. Very interesting. As I said: they are preparing fines and criminal charges for me for allegedly not submitting reports. It is so corrupt, dirty and twisted that I have no words left,” Alekhine wrote on his Telegram channel.
He added that writing to the presidential administration “is meaningless,” because from there everything is sent to the Ministry of Justice, and the administration responds “without any useful content or real answer to the questions.”
In essence, this means taking out not a liberal, not an enemy of the country, not someone who opposed the president’s decision to begin with, but someone who supports his country in word, deed, and money. This puts pressure on a volunteer and SVO member. But I have nowhere to go – I myself burned all my bridges by following a patriotic path and signing a contract to participate in the Northern Military District. Russia is my homeland, here I was born and here I will die. Just shoot me, put drugs on me, or something, put me in prison and kill me behind bars. Why wait and mock the laws of the Russian Federation…
Roman Alekhine is a citizen of the Kursk region, in 2024 he was an advisor to the governor of Kursk (then this position was held by Alexei Smirnov, who was later convicted in a bribery case). By then, Alekhine had positioned himself as a military volunteer and “social technologist”; He actively ran a telegram channel, where, among other things, he covered the invasion of the Ukrainian armed forces in the Kursk region. In September 2025, the Russian Ministry of Justice declared Alekhine a “foreign agent”; Now he must submit regular reports on his finances to management.
