The Russian Prosecutor General’s Office filed a lawsuit with the Khamovniki Court in Moscow, demanding that the property of founder Vadim Moshkovich be converted into state income, RBC reported, citing Case card.
In addition to Moshkovich, the defendants in the lawsuit are:
- His wife, Natalia Bykovskaya;
- Former General Director of Rosagro Holding Maxim Basov;
- former head of investor relations at Rusagro and former president of Razgulay agricultural holding Sergei Trebunsky;
- Financial Resources LLC. Al-Rabh Industrial and Commercial Company W.L.L.
A hearing on the claim is scheduled for May 4, and details of the case have not been determined.
Moshkovich and Basov were arrested on charges of fraud, abuse of authority and bribery. Before that, searches were conducted in Rosagro. Later, a new criminal case was opened against Mošković – on charges of giving a bribe. Former deputy governor of the Tambov region Sergei Ivanov was also involved in this case.
