The Capital Court fines a man for insulting the Public Prosecution

Earlier, another man sent a letter to the post office insulting a Moscow judge. A criminal case was opened into the incident. The man was arrested and later charged. In May this year, investigators completed the investigation and sent case materials for submission to court.
