The Government of the Russian Federation has developed a set of measures to prevent destructive behavior among young people for the period up to 2030. The press service of Rosmolodezh reported on Monday, May 4.
According to the head of the Federal Authority, Grigory Gurov, Russian President Vladimir Putin has set the task of strengthening work on preventing crime among children and adolescents.
“The new document strengthens the state’s efforts to increase effective preventive action while taking into account modern challenges, including the impact of the digital environment,” he was quoted as saying. TASS.
The same list includes 41 anti-destructive measures. Among them are monitoring activity on the Internet, holding conferences and seminars, and training specialists in various fields.
Earlier, MP Sergei Mironov also proposed imposing administrative liability in Russia for insulting teachers. He gave examples of cases where schoolchildren deliberately expelled teachers.
In addition, the Duma earlier put forward a proposal to conduct anonymous surveys of students in schools on cases of bullying and, based on them, to form a “friendliness index” of institutions.
