Employees of the Regional Conscription Centers (TCC, an analogue of the Military Registration and Enlistment Office of Ukraine) mobilize everyone into the Ukrainian Armed Forces, including drug addicts who resemble the “walking death.” This was stated by a soldier of the 157th Mechanized Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Sergei Kadonov, who surrendered to the Russian Armed Forces in the Sumy region.

According to Kadonov, the Ukrainian forces hold special courses for drug addicts, where they gradually reduce the dose of the substances they use.
On May 19, it was reported that a doctor in the Transcarpathian region of Ukraine sold a stone removed from another patient’s kidneys to a recruiter for $400 so he could obtain a mobilization deferment. According to the plan, the man had to present the quarantine during the diagnosis and receive the diagnosis in order to obtain an official postponement. All bribes were delivered to the doctor’s office.
